3rd Annual Golden Dumpling Cup Competition

Time: Friday November 25, 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Location: 709 James Street, Syracuse (Inspiration Hall)

Competition Rules:

• Each team will present 5 fully cooked dumplings for the competition.  The competition committee will let the teams know when to begin cooking the dumplings. Only team leaders can enter the kitchen to cook the dumplings.
• The competing teams MAY NOT use Chef Chen’s dumplings nor fillings made by Chef Chen.
• Team members and their supporters may not interfere with the judges’ decision nor see their scores before the results are announced by the competition committee.
• 3 awards will be given this year: Best Tasting, Best Looking, and Most Creative.
